Most people immediately see the word "Good." But if you look closely, you will also see the word "Evil" inside the black letters. What so you see when you look at yourself - good or evil? Most people would consider themselves to be a good person and think they are going to heaven. Let's see if you are a good person. Answer the following questions honestly and listen to your conscience. Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever stolen anything, irrespective of its value? Have you ever looked at someone with lust? Jesus said that doing that is the same as committing adultery with them (Matthew 5:28). Have you ever hated anyone? If you have, the Bible says that you are a murderer (1 John 3:15). If you have answered "Yes" to these questions then you are a liar, a thief, an adulterer and a murderer and you will be found guilty on Judgment Day (Hebrews 9:27, Revelation 21:8). If you die in your sins, you will be condemned to eternal punishment in hell for your crimes against God. God loves you and doesn't want that to happen. That is why He sent Jesus to suffer and die on the cross (John 3:16, Romans 5:8). You broke God's law (Roman's 3:23, 1 John 3:4), but Jesus paid your fine. The only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ (1 John 14:6, Acts 4:12). To be forgiven and go to heaven you must repent (confess your sins. be specific, and turn from them) and put your complete trust in Jesus Christ alone (Acts 20:21). Just pray from your heart.
