The following are personal recommendations of the ministry of evangelist Andy Lapins from pastors and other well respected Christian leaders and ministers.
To Whom It May Concern:
In recent years there has been a decline in evangelistic
concern. The late Bill Bright revealed in his book, The
Coming Revival, that only 2% of Christians in the United
States share their faith regularly with others. That means
that 98% don't. This is a sad commentary on the modern church,
and shows how far we have moved away from the fiery committed
Church of the Book of Acts.
We trust that you are also alarmed by such unconcern for
the fate of the lost. Charles Spurgeon said, "Have
you no wish for others to be saved? Then you are not saved
yourself, be sure of that."
We believe that many don't feel equipped. If you arm any
soldier with a feather duster, he's not going to be very
courageous. However, if you give him state-of-the-art weapons,
those weapons will give him courage.
Andy Lapins has a burning passion to equip the Church with
powerful state-of-the-art weapons. God has gifted him with
the ability to communicate a passion with others. We are
honored to have him represent our ministry and we hope that
you will avail yourself of his gifting.
May God continue to bless you in all you do for Him.
I thank the Lord for Andy Lapins and Transfired ministries! I heartily recommend him to you as a man of great faith and faithfulness for the cause of Christ and the fulfilling of the Great Commission. If you want to get your people fired up and equipped to be able to do the work of ministry, especially in the area of personal evangelism, Andy is your man. The presentation was clear, carefully crafted, Biblically sound and culturally relevant. It is no small thing to be able to hold people’s attention for any length of time. Over four days and five sessions Andy did an excellent job in opening up the Word and presenting the case for Biblical evangelism using the Law as Jesus, and Paul and the great pillars of our faith did so effectively.
I have found, over the years that one sure way to guaranty low attendance is to advertise a workshop on the subjects of prayer or evangelism. Most people who have been saved for any length of time have gone through numerous training sessions on evangelism, with little to no results. Usually, the material includes the why and what but tends to use the ideas and ingenuity of men to persuade the lost to Christ rather that work alongside the Holy Spirit to convict of sin. Using the law, as God designed it, to convict sin is, in my humble opinion, the best and most biblical tool in reaching the lost for Christ. I was very pleased with our attendance overall as it was sustained over the five sessions.
Andy’s presentations were clear and relevant, his Power Point illustrations and the use of practical applications were timely in illustrating difficult concepts of relevancy to an ever changing culture. The people who attended these sessions were deeply appreciative for the investment of their time with this material. Andy was particularly sensitive to our denominational perspectives and the questions of the believers here within our body. I found Andy to be teachable and open to the specific needs within our body. The book table was extensive and practical in its scope reaching parents, teens, children, and anyone who would want to go deeper into the theology and specifics of the material.
We will inevitable do another seminar in the near future and look forward to another time where the entire Christian community can be invited and equipped to share their faith. We believe in the ministry of Andy Lapins and Transfired ministries and are prayerfully considering supporting him and his precious family on a monthly basis. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if I can give more information in this regard.

Dear Pastors,
I want to validate the ministry of Evangelist Andy Lapins. Andy’s message carries a powerful punch, but is delivered with much grace and professionalism. Evangelist Lapins lives what he believes and has a proven track record in ministry. I highly endorse this man and his mission to the body of Christ! If you have any questions feel free to call me anytime. (812) 376-9749

To Whom It May Concern:
On July 7, 2007, Leap of Faith Lambeau became the first faith-based event to be
held at historic Lambeau Field (home of the Green Bay Packers) in Green Bay,
Wisconsin. God's people from around the country gathered together on that day
to humble themselves and acknowledge their sinfulness in a time of prayer and
repentance.
Through a series of events that could only be described as divinely orchestrated,
the Leap of Faith Group met Andy Lapins in May, 2007. At the time, we were
looking for a speaker to bring an evangelistic message for Leap of Faith
Lambeau. The message would lead off the day of prayer, repentance, praise
and worship.
If I had to define how God used Andy on that day, I would use the phrase "Back
to the Future". Andy took us back to the Ten Commandments and had us look
into the mirror of God's Word to help set things right. The truth sets us free if we
respond appropriately and the joy to follow is unmatched by anything on this
earth.
God's message to believers regarding salvation as delivered through his humble
servant, Andy Lapins, was powerful, compelling and refreshing. Andy Lapins will
forever be known as the first minister to preach a message of salvation in
Lambeau Field.
We encourage you to consider using evangelist Andy Lapins and the Search and
Rescue School of Evangelism. On behalf of the Leap of Faith Group, Inc., we
recommend Andy Lapins to any church or pastor. We are still amazed at all that
God did on July 7, 2007.
Blessings,

Greetings:
Thank you for taking time to consider Evangelist Andy Lapins
and the Search & Rescue School of Evangelism. Andy has hit
multiple home runs for the Michigan Youth Department. I have
used Andy at our youth camps and Detroit Outreach to train
our students in personal evangelism. Andy is very balanced
in his approach and practical in his delivery. Best of all
Andy practices what he preaches. He is a soul winner and a
great trainer. I whole-heartedly recommend his ministry.

Andy Lapins and Transfired Ministries provided a fresh wind from the Lord for our
congregation in Mount Morris, Michigan a couple of weeks ago. He is a man of deep
integrity and calling from the Lord with a vision to see the church as a soul-saving
witness to a culture that desperately needs the truth about Jesus Christ.
His witnessing seminar and subsequent challenge to our congregation was well received
and poignant. Most important, though, he equipped us with some simple tools and
methods to share our hope with others. Andy breaks down the sharing of our faith into a
simple and straightforward dialogue that any believer should be comfortable in having
with a friend, family member or even a complete stranger.
Andy and Transfired are essential resources for the church today and I can personally
offer my whole-hearted endorsement. He worked so well with the existing ministries of
the church, is not demanding and operates at the highest level of integrity.
He will bless your ministry and challenge you to personal soul-winning! Feel free to call
if you have any questions of our experience with Transfired.

Dear Pastor,
GREETINGS IN JESUS' STRONG NAME!
We held a "School of Evangelism" at Radiant Life Church on July 13-15, with Evangelist Andy Lapins.
Andy did an excellent job in conveying to us the need and importance of personal evangelism and the way
to approach people who need Christ. Our school took place on Friday evening from 6-9; Saturday from 9• 12:30, with an outreach in the afternoon; and concluded with our Sunday morning worship service.
Souls are the heartbeat of God. If you want to get your people and your church more active in the
community, and in sharing the message of the Gospel, I would highly recommend that you call Andy
Lapins, and let him partner with you in this endeavor.
Sincerely,
Rev. Al Templeton

To Whom It May Concern:
Recently we had a Search and Rescue School of Evangelism at our church with Andy Lapins.
I have had many evangelism schools and classes over the years and I believe that the Search and Rescue School of Evangelism is one of the best.
Andy did a great job of addressing some of the basic issues of evangelism such as why should we evangelize, what should we expect, the blessing of sharing whether it is accepted or rejected, and how to deal with fear, as well as a simple method of bringing about true repentance in someone’s life.
The folks of New Life were inspired to share their faith in a number of simple and easy ways. I had numerous testimonies about the new desire to share the Gospel by the end of the school. People were genuinely excited at the prospect of sharing the ‘Good News’ of Jesus Christ, recognizing that it is not an event but a lifestyle.
I heartily recommend the Search and Rescue School of Evangelism to any church or pastor. You will not be disappointed.

To Whom It May Concern:
Because I have pastored for almost 20 years, I have probably
been down some of the same pathways you have concerning evangelism.
We've done outreaches, door to door witnessing and everything
in-between. I've always been more than concerned about the kind
of impact and ministry we as a church, and I as an individual,
were having in the area of personal witness.
Please! Please! Do yourself and your fellowship a huge favor
and have Andy Lapins come in and do a "Search & Rescue School
of Evangelism." By far this was and is the most important step
our church has ever taken to train and help people to evangelize.
Have you ever wondered where those folks who have come to your
altars evaporated to? About 3 years ago, through an outreach
we had, 118 responded with no gains in the pews! I've had pastors
friends with 1,000 plus responses in a year and no gains in
the pews!
Andy will help you see the real problem and real issue. That
many responses may not mean conversions! Andy was with us the
end of May 2002 and about 50 people went through this life changing
school and most are still talking about it's affect upon their
lives. Personally I have never been so affected by a seminar,
class, convention or any other training.
May I be blunt and to the point - If you care at all about evangelism
you are crazy if you won't look deeply into what Andy has to
offer to both you and your people. Please call me for a personal
reference. I'll be glad to take the time because this is too
important an issue to not give ourselves to it!

To Whom It May Concern:
As we all know so well, one of the most challenging aspects of ministry is to keep the fires of evangelism burning white hot! We recently invited Andy Lapins to conduct an evangelism equipping weekend for our church family and he brought a powerful message that convicted and inspired us all to be greater evangelists.
I would highly recommend every church to take advantage of the Search & Rescue School of Evangelism that Andy leads as a way to equip and inspire your people to the mission God has called His people to. Andy is a gifted communicator who provides a biblical and practical approach to engaging the unbelieving masses who live all around us.
In addition to Andy's excellent school of evangelism, he provides some very helpful training experience. This kind of ministry is invaluable to the church and her mandate to 'make disciples of all nations'.

Dear Pastor,
On April 15, 2007 Andy Lapins brought the Word of God to our congregation in a way that will not soon be forgotten. Passion for the lost. Reckless abandon to God’s Word. Practical tips for sharing your faith. These are the core impressions that stuck out to us as we reflect on our time with Andy.
I personally can vouch not only for Andy’s gifted ability to communicate the heart of evangelism, and not only for his skills in training believers to hit the streets and do it, but for the passion and joy he will bring your congregation as they rally around the cause of the gospel.
Andy is not a preacher who says, but a preacher who does. I could hardly spend fifteen minutes in town with Andy without him witnessing to someone!
Andy is humble, very easy to work with, incredibly supportive of the church he ministers to, and leaves every person on fire for God. He also brings a load of resources that equip your people to apply the Great Commission.
Yours for Him,

To Pastors:
As the evangelism/outreach pastor at Lakeview Christian Center,
I'm burdened to equip my congregation with both the practical
principles and a heart of passion to witness to the lost. Although
I teach on witnessing and also organize outreach events, I keep
the body of Christ here open to learning from other church leaders
who have demonstrated the biblical method of evangelism.
It is precisely for this reason that I recently invited Andy
Lapins to bring his Search and Rescue School of Evangelism to
my church in Indianapolis, Indiana. This two-day seminar absolutely
energized the more than 125 Christians who attended. Andy's
teaching style was relaxed yet focused. His content was rich
and empowering. Besides reminding us that the key to the unconverted
heart lies in the use of the Law of God that brings conviction
of sin, Andy taught us how to deal with fear and how to effectively
create conversations using literature/tracts.
I received many compliments and thanks from church members for
bringing Andy's seminar to Lakeview. My heart was thrilled to
hear about one lady who actually put into practice what she
learned before the seminar was even over. The following is a
quote from her written comments:
"After leaving the
service last night, a group of us stopped at the local Taco
Bell. I rushed to get inside first so I could witness to the
clerk who took our order. She stated that she was new in town
and was looking for a church. It was a step of faith for me
to step out and say something to her and I am so glad that I
did. I did it because of what I had learned. I pray I have started
a new life of witnessing! Thank you for coming here to Lakeview!"
Andy's passion for souls extends well beyond the microphone.
Through personal observation, I watched Andy himself witness
to 3-4 people at the hotel and restaurant when I first picked
him up from the airport! Talk about hands-on training! He practices
what he preaches and what he preaches is powerful and effective.
It is for all those reasons mentioned that with great confidence
that I recommend the Search and Rescue School of Evangelism
to your church. Andy's teaching is a golden investment for your
congregation. It's almost scary to imagine how fast the Church
in America could pull down the strongholds of spiritual darkness
in its communities if it wholly embraced these methods of Biblical
evangelism.

To whom it may concern:
As the pastor of New Life Tokyngton Church, I would recommend Andy
Lapins to any church for three main reasons:
1.The Search and Rescue School of Evangelism was practical and totally Biblical. We had bible students attend who were amazed that a
Jesus method of evangelism exists. So practical that church members
have been using the methods taught straight away with great belief as
it is easy to learn and is biblical. As a church we have gained a heart
for the lost, members now are equipped to share their faith with
knowledge and practical skills.
2. Andy's heart is for the church and the lost. His aim is to equip the
members to do the work but he is also a worker. As a minister I will
truly say he has a servant's heart. The members were blessed in so
many ways not just by what he said but also by what he did.
3. A good test for a man and his ministry is to look at his wife and
family. Andy's wife Tammy was a blessing in song and deeds. Andy
passed the test!
Please use Andy to equip your members to build God's kingdom, he is truly
a man who effectively teaches and preaches the truth.

To Whom It May Concern,
It is my distinct honor to recommend to you, the ministry
of Andy Lapins. Over the last eighteen years of ministry,
I have attended several conferences on evangelism, have scheduled
many evangelists - but none have compared to the Search and
Rescue School of Evangelism conducted by brother Lapins.
From one pastor to another pastor, I urge you to prayerfully
consider scheduling Andy Lapins. He will equip your flock
with the biblical tools to effectively communicate the Gospel.
You won't be disappointed!

To Whom It May Concern:
I write this letter to highly recommend the ministry of Evangelist
Andy Lapins. My church recently hosted a Search & Rescue
School of Evangelism on a Saturday and had brother Lapins preach
that next day, Sunday morning. The best words I can find to
describe the experience was powerful, relevant and extremely
informative.
One woman from my church who has been in church circles for
many years attended the school, but only reluctantly, thinking
it would just be another Romans Road lecture or a rehash of
the ABC's of salvation. Instead, she came away testifying of
her renewed interest and faith in tract ministry, and told of
how moved she was to re-energize her witness for the Lord.
Andy's presentation was eye opening for the believer, showing
us how to blend the Law and grace into an effective tool to
bring the lost to Christ. I also appreciated the multimedia
aspect of his teaching. It helped keep everyone's attention
to the very last.
Additionally, I was very pleased with how Andy cooperated with
what we asked him to do in the Sunday morning service. He was
flexible and timely, yet allowed himself to be led by the Spirit
while ministering. I definitely plan to ask brother Lapins back
often both for Sunday services as well as to expose his anointed
ministry to our youth on a more extensive basis.
Once again, it was a pleasure hosting this ministry and I recommend
it/him to any church unreservedly. Please feel free to contact
me if you would like more details.

To Whom It May Concern:
Wow! What a weekend. After 29 years of ministry, I have just
witnessed something I have never seen before. I have not met
anyone that has ever challenged a congregation more about
soul winning than Evangelist Andy Lapins did this weekend.
I am writing to fully endorse and highly recommend the Search
& Rescue School of Evangelism with Evangelist Andy Lapins.
He really knows how to connect with people in a non-threatening
way. Our people loved him. We laughed, we cried, we prayed,
and we saw many lives changed.
I have looked for many years for this kind of gift to the
church. If you are truly interested in winning the lost and
want to see your church become involved in soul winning, then
it is imperative for you to have a Search & Rescue School
of Evangelism.
Our church will never be the same. If you would like more

Dear Pastors,
I want to highly recommend the ministry of Andy Lapins.
Bro. Andy was recently at our church here in Mt. Vernon, IN
for an Evangelism Seminar. His sensitivity to the moving of
the Holy Spirit was both refreshing and right on! Our people
are still talking about it and practicing it.
His teaching was so relevant to today's church and is truly
anointed of God. We will certainly be having Bro. Andy Lapins
back real soon. Thank you Andy for your heartbeat to see the
church regain the call of evangelism.
Pastor, I know as a pastor myself that the phone rings daily
with ministries wanting to come to your church. Be sure to
take this call! You and your church will be blessed by the
passion for training the people of God in Andy Lapins.
May God's best be yours in this season!

To Whom It May Concern:
Our church recently held a Search & Rescue School of Evangelism.
Andy Lapins of Transfired Ministries was the instructor/teacher.
If you are serious about equipping your people with the right
motives and methods of personal evangelism, you need to invite
Andy to come.
Over the course of training, Andy dealt with every conceivable
aspect of winning the lost for Christ. He covered topics such
as "It's not optional", "Fighting Your Fears", "Ineffective
Approaches", and "Why the Law is Effective". Our people were
motivated by his strong communication skills, and equipped through
the strength of the material.
I highly recommend Andy Lapins to you. He has a great heart,
and at the very least, he will get your church to think of reaching
the lost in ways they hadn't thought of before. Feel free to
contact me if you would like further information.

I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Andy
Lapins of TransFired Ministries. I invited him to my church
to conduct his "Search & Rescue, School of Evangelism." It was
an absolute success in training and inspiring the members of
our church to personal evangelism.
The passion I saw in Andy's ministry was testimony to the fact
that he has a call on his life to train believers for works
of service. The manual he has prepared for evangelism training
is A+! He also brings resources with him to the school that
can be used for additional personal as well as church training.
Brother Andy was extremely easy to work with. He did not come
with a personal agenda but only a desire to assist our assembly.
He gave of himself 100% and was very well prepared to present
the training seminar.
If you are desiring to have your members trained to reach the
lost, I recommend the ministry of Andy Lapins. You will not
be disappointed. Please feel free to contact me if needed for

To Whom it May Concern:
I trust you too are alarmed at the general unconcern by
the American Church for the fate of the lost. The plateau
or decline of churches should awaken us to the urgent need
of strong spiritual leadership in doing something about this!
Many people in our pews are waiting to catch renewed vision
and empowerment in the use of Kingdom weapons, and Transfired
Ministries & Evangelist Andy Lapins can help. Evangelist
Lapins is passionate about this duty of the 21st Century Church
to shape culture and call a generation back to God!
Using a well-documented fill-in-the-blank Search & Rescue
School of Evangelism manual based on the necessity of using
the Ten Commandments in witnessing, Andy will take your congregation
through a progression of steps to minister hope to people
around them. This valuable manual can be a means of raising
revenue for the meeting as well as promote the importance
of attending each session. Subjects such as fighting fear,
exposing myths that keep people from accepting God's Word,
one's responsibility and role in evangelism, and using resources
that work will be shared. Our people were especially impacted
by the truth of "Hell's Best Kept Secret" and the
video & power point presentations that made witnessing
both practical and possible! This School of Evangelism was
not a usual revival service, since the normal altar ministry
did not happen in this building but continues beyond the building.
Within the first two months of our School, we have had increased
testimonies of lives transformed through witness opportunities
at work and school, and the church has participated in tract
evangelism in two parades, and on the streets outside Comerica
Park and at a Classic Car Cruise. Door-to-door efforts are
planned in coming weeks using materials recommended and provided
by Evangelist Lapins. In one respect it could be said, that
our services with Andy Lapins restored the church's joy in
going after the salvation of men.
Get ready to see what God can do!

Dear Fellow Pastor,
I would like to highly recommend the ministry of Andy Lapins and Transfired Ministries to you and your church in the area of evangelism for
essentially two reasons.
First, the exhortation to evangelism in the individual’s life is seldom
heard these days. There seems to be a wealth of programs and events, but little witnessing done one-on-one were the effectiveness of communicating the gospel greatly increases. Andy accomplished both the inspiration and the instruction of evangelism for us. He has a deep desire to see people equipped with an effective method of presenting the gospel, and I was also impressed with his very organized approach to the instruction. Information was presented clearly and completely and the urgency of application was repeatedly brought to our attention.
Secondly, I was impressed with Andy’s willingness to practice what he
preached. He truly took every opportunity to personally share the gospel in his daily life. Not only so, but he was more than willing to "hit the streets" with us and worked many long hours while he was with us both doing and modeling what he had taught.
Please seriously consider Andy’s ministry, not just for the sake of instruction, but so you and your people can hear clearly the mandate of Jesus given to each of us to go into all the world and preach the gospel! It is the only work that Jesus gave to His church to accomplish.
Sincerely,

Greetings:
I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend
Andy Lapins of TransFired Ministries. This is the second year
we have invited him to our church to conduct his “Search
& Rescue, School of Evangelism.” It was an absolute
success in training and inspiring members of our church to
personal evangelism.
As pastors we sometimes feel frustrated at the lack of desire
in our people concerning evangelism. What I have found is
that they do desire to share their faith, but feel inadequate
to do so. Andy’s ministry is an excellent resource for
Pastors. Andy has focused his energy, on what I believe are
simple but practical teachings on evangelism.
I will tell you that many in my congregation were apprehensive
about bringing in an evangelist who would teach them evangelism.
Many expected finger pointing and flash, to their delight
they experienced neither. What they received was a real man
talking about real fears, and then learned a biblical response
to those fears. Then they were given the practical teachings
needed to share their faith. Many people were thrilled to
get this simple, yet powerful teaching.
What has also impressed me is the resources that Andy brings.
The manual he has prepared for the evangelism training is
excellent. He also brings resources with him to the school
that can be used for additional personal, as well as church
training.
Andy was also extremely to work with. He came as a servant,
and has become a friend to myself and many in the body. He
is real and brings a relevant message that people not only
believe in, but now feel prepared to share.
If you desire to have your members trained to reach the lost,
I recommend the ministry of Andy Lapins. You will not be disappointed.

Dear Christian Leader,
It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend to you the ministry
of Rev- Andy Lapins and the Search and Rescue School of Evangelism.
We had Andy with us for four exciting days of instruction
and inspiration that definitely struck an area of interest
in our congregation and equipped us to reach our community
for Christ.
As pastors, we often complain about the lack of evangelism
in the lives of our people. But what I discovered that week
was that our people have a strong desire to wins souls. They
just need to be encouraged and equipped. Andy provided that
encouragement and gave clear and practical instruction on
sharing our faith. Many came out every evening with pencils
and notebooks in hand, excitedly looking forward to each session.
By mixing humor, multimedia, exciting testimonies from history,
and lots of Scripture in a relevant way, Andy kept our people
engaged and looking forward to more. One thing that really
impacted me personally was how Andy systematically dismantled
all the false arguments we put in our own heads that discourage
us from evangelism.
Not only does Andy speak from a clear. Scriptural point
of view, but he speaks from experience. Andy himself is a
soul winner, boldly sharing his faith wherever he goes. If
you spend any time at all with him, you will eventually find
him sharing his faith with someone. It inspired me personally.
In fact, one night after one of the sessions, I put one of
Andy's practical lessons to the test. He talked about the
power of using tracts (something I had not done for years)
and how creative tracts can multiply your ministry. That evening,
I was at a restaurant with a friend and shared one of Andy's
tracts with a waiter. Just like Andy promised in me session
mat night, that waiter was so taken by the tract that he himself
took it and ended up sharing it with the rest of the wait
staff and manager!
If there was ever a time the world needed a witness, it
is now. Rev, Andy Lapins and the Search and Rescue School
of Evangelism will release an army of witnesses from your
church to your community. Let me encourage you to avail yourself
to this tremendous resource to the Body of Christ. We plan
on making the school a regular event on our church calendar.

To Whom It May Concern:
We recently invited Andy Lapins to his Search & Rescue School
of Evangelism to our church in Brunswick, OH. We had about 40
people go through his school and many of them were still talking
about it throughout the following week. This kind of teaching
was what I was looking for and the positive effect it had on
our church family.
Many of our evangelistic events have proven to be ineffective
as far as church growth is concerned. today, most of our churches
in America have either hit a plateau or are on the decline.
We are not growing by conversions and very little is being done
by personal evangelism. Andy explains the responsibility of
every member of the church in fulfilling the Great Commission.
Andy teaches how to deal with fear, how to use tracts correctly,
and how to create conversations in an effective way. If you
desire to see your church grow in a positive way and by Biblical
personal evangelism I strongly recommend the ministry of Andy
Lapins and his School of Evangelism.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to know more
about how Andy conducted his school at our church.

Greetings to my brothers and sisters in the Lord,
I am writing today to share with you my first-hand experience and
blessings that we have received from the ministry of Evangelist Andy
Lapins. The "Search and Rescue School of Evangelism" is just
what our church needed to give us that boost in having a passion for
the lost and helped us in developing a plan to reach the same. The
anointed information that Andy shared was cutting edge, relevant, and
piercing to the core. His suggested methods of reaching and
communicating to the lost were practical and thought provoking. It
was easy to see that he was not only teaching this "stuff" but also
living it out.
I believe that the church will only reach its full potential when we get
serious about doing the Lord's business- "seeking and saving that
which is lost". Andy will be a key component and mouthpiece for
God in these days in which we live. I would recommend his ministry
to whomever without reservation and with much encouragement. The
only reason I can think of that you would not want to have Andy in is
if you do not want to be challenged to change. Andy will be a
continued resource for us in "equipping the saints for service."

In July of 2004 we were blessed beyond measure to have
Evangelist Andy Lapins visit our church. While here, Brother
Lapins spent time teaching us the much neglected truths of
evangelism as well taking us out on the streets for a hands
on evangelism experience. I must say that I was personally,
deeply convicted of my lack of evangelistic fire and zeal.
The Lord did a much needed breaking of my heart over the lost
that week as well as instilling in me a burden for evangelism
which has only increased since then. The youth of our church
were also profoundly affected. I did not realize at the time,
however, just how profoundly.
Since Brother Lapins’ visit with us, our youth group
has been completely changed. I have seen young men and women
who have had a great passion for God, yet who were timid around
people, become radical Spirit-led evangelists. Our high schools
have been literally bombarded with Gospel tracts. It is not
that abnormal now to go to a gas station or fast food restaurant
and ask the classic question, "Did you get one of these?"
(referring to a gospel tract) only to have the employee answer
with an emphatic "YESI"
Generally the tract rack in a church is filled with faded,
twenty paged, outdated tracts from the 70's and 80's. One
or two of them may disappear within a years time and that
is generally not for evangelistic purposes. The problem we
have faced since Brother Lapins came to our church is attempting
to keep it stocked. Our youth have literally gone through
hundreds and possibly thousands of tracts. Even the aforementioned
faded, outdated tracts have found their way out of the church
and into the world! Praise God! What a problem to have!
Many of our youth have literally given themselves completely
over to the cause of evangelism. There are some of our youth
that literally spend most of their free time in the parks,
the malls, on the streets passing out tracts and witnessing
to the lost. One of our young men even sacrificed a good paying
job because he was unwilling to be silent about the gospel.
It has been absolutely mind blowing to see the fruit which
has been exploding in our young peoples lives this year.
I give my highest appreciation and recommendation to the
ministry of the Holy Spirit through His servant Andy Lapins.
He is one of a very small number of true Ephesians 4:11 evangelists.
Not only does he personally do the work of an evangelist,
but he equips the saints to do the same works. We are eternally
grateful to God for raising up this great ministry! It is
my prayer that He would continue to use the ministry of Andy
Lapins to transform churches and impart the passion and fire
of revival to an entire generation!

"Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation" (Mark 16:15). These
were the words that Andy Lapins read to us so that we could remember that to
evangelize is not an option, it is a commandment. He taught us how to evangelize
according to the Bible. We need to give the law to the proud and grace to the humble.
It is the way that Jesus did.
He is a servant of God who filled our lives with passion to share the Gospel to all
people. He showed us how to do it in practical ways and with interesting tracts to
attract the attention of the people. We are extremely grateful to God and to Andy
because we had a great time with him and overall, our lives were blessed and
encouraged to do the work that God wants us to do. We need to go to all the nations to
share the good news because we have His power and his authority.

To Whom It May Concern:
We recently had the privilege to have Andy Lapins with us
for a few days. What an impact the "Search & Rescue
School of Evangelism" has had on my life as well as the
lives of those who attended. Andy has a burning passion to
equip the Church with simple, and clear Biblical principles
that we need to witness to the lost. This is a vital message
that the Church is in desperate need of.
Over the course of training, Andy dealt with many of the
excuses that we have used for not reaching the lost; how to
deal with fear and rejection; how to use the Law (10 commandments).
He reminded us that as Christians, witnessing is not an option,
it's a command.
I personally watched as he witnessed to people everywhere
we went. This is how he lives his life. I highly recommend
Andy Lapins and the "Search & Rescue School of Evangelism
to you. He has a great servants heart and I guarantee you
will not be disappointed.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May
Concern:
Our church recently hosted a Search & Rescue School of
Evangelism which was taught by Evangelist Andy Lapins. And
I am pleased to say, that this was one of the most inspiring
and informative seminars that we have either hosted or participated
in as a church. Andy did a fantastic job of communicating
a passion for evangelism while at the same time teaching our
people very practical and Biblical ways to get the job done.
During our school of evangelism, the people who participated
were from a wide variety of ages – we had teenagers,
adults and even senior adults. One lady was eighty-two years
old. And yet in spite of the varied age groups, Andy was able
to present this training in a way that kept the attention
of all attending. Afterwards, the people who attended the
school were buzzing with excitement and anxious to be more
effective witnesses for Christ.
As a senior pastor, I highly recommend that you consider
inviting Andy Lapins to conduct a Search & Rescue School
of Evangelism at your church. For I believe that if you do,
it will help to ignite a renewed passion within your people
for reaching lost souls in your community.
Sincerely,

Dear Pastor,
Greetings in the name of the One who came to seek and save
the lost!
My name is Rick Bosnack and I pastor in Waterford, Michigan.
I would like to recommend to you the ministry of Evangelist
Andy Lapins. I have had the opportunity to work with Andy
on many occasions and have found him to be very knowledgeable
concerning the topic of evangelism. His direct style and his
wide range of personal experiences offers a unique opportunity
for the local church.
C. Peter Wagner in his book: Your Spiritual Gifts Can Help
Make Your Church Grow, says “The average Christian church
can realistically expect that approximately 5-10 percent of
its active adult members will have been given the gift of
evangelist.” As I ponder this statistic and also recognize
that the remainder of the church has the responsibility to
be a witness for Jesus Christ in their communities, I have
to ask myself “Who is training these evangelists to
do their work with effectiveness?
Andy’s unique Search & Rescue School of Evangelism
and other methods of training are perfect tools to train the
army of evangelists within your church. The training is scriptural,
thorough and highly motivating.
If you would like to speak to me Pastor-to-Pastor, I would
be happy to talk to you about the character and ministry of
Andy Lapins further. My cell phone number is 248.866.8316.
I encourage you to call Andy’s office soon and schedule
your own Search & Rescue School of Evangelism.
May God bless you and your ministry,

To Whom It May Concern,
I wholeheartedly recommend the ministry of Andrew Lapins to your church.
Andy filled my pulpit Sunday morning. Then, he presented his Search and
Rescue School of Evangelism on Sunday through Wednesday evenings. Andy did
a great job motivating the people to witness. He presented an excellent mix of
principles and techniques. Our people are witnessing more as a result of Andy's
ministry.
If you want to train your people to participate in the Great Commission, I urge
you to invite Andy Lapins to your church. You won't regret it.
Sincerely,
Rev. Greg Stone

Dear Pastors:
Recently we had Andy Lapins come to our church and conduct a
Search & Rescue School of Evangelism. It was done with excellence
and so well received that we have invited him back in the spring
to do another one. He has a vital message that churches desperately
need to hear. Andy's ministry is a perfect example of how an
evangelist can come along side a pastor to help train God's
people to minister effectively in the harvest fields.
I highly recommend the ministry of Andy Lapins to any church
that has a heart to reach the lost. Please feel free to call
me should you have any questions.
In Christ,

To Introduce Evangelist Andy Lapins:
We recently hosted a "Search & Rescue School Of Evangelism". It was well received by our
congregation as Andy equipped and challenged us with our responsibility to share the gospel
with the lost with effective techniques and introduced us to many new and attractive tracts.
Andy's dynamic presentation and his passion for the lost affected our congregation. Sunday we
saw several give their lives to Jesus Christ.
I highly recommend Evangelist Andy Lapins & the "Search & Rescue School Of Evangelism".
